  • Lead Pastor, 

    Brent Rawson

    Brent came to Satsuma in 1994 as the Student Pastor. In 2002, God called Brent to a Church in the Washington DC area, where he served for several years. He spent 3 years as a National Missionary for NAMB, then in 2012 was called back to FBC Satsuma as Student Pastor. The Church called him to be Lead Pastor in 2019. He is married to Maria and has a son Leith (married to Makagan) and a daughter Ryleigh (married to Chase Andrews). Brent is an avid runner and recently participated in a 100-mile race.

  • Worship Leader, Harmony Chason

    Harmony has a passion for Jesus, music, sports, and kids, and God allows her to minister to people every day using those things. After graduating with a degree in music from the University of Mobile in 2000, Harmony has been involved leading worship at several local youth groups and churches. She has also taught and coached in private Christian schools in the Mobile area during that time. Harmony loves living the life God has called her to with her husband Robby and 4 kids, Riley, Rianna, Zeke, and Xander.

    My name is Lisa Estis. I am the children's minister at FBC Satsuma. I have been an educator for 32 years, primarily working in special education. As children's minister, my heart's desire is for every child to know a living, loving, Savior. To have the comfort that they belong, and that they are loved by their heavenly Father and church family.

    My husband Todd and I have three amazing children and two beautiful granddaughters.

    At the end of the day, I am just me.... I love the Lord with everything that I am. I know that I'm placed here to love, serve, and teach children about the free love of Jesus!

    Alisa Lowrey

    Alisa first came to FBC Satsuma in 2005. She has been married to her husband, Tommy, for over 40 years. They have three children, Rebekah, Sarah (married to Raymond), and Jonathan (married to Brandy)

    Gloria Ellis

    Gloria began working at FBC Satsuma in 2011. She was married to her late husband Sonny and they have two kids, Kim and Kris. She has been blessed with three grandchildren and a great grandson.

  • Preschool Director, Mel Dietz

    PRAYER!! When we pause and communicate with the God who holds the entire universe together- yet he bends down to listen when I talk to Him…because God loves me!!! What a blessing to never walk through life alone!!

  • Intern, Nina Carpenter

    Nina has attended FBC Satsuma since 2004. She has served as a member of the praise band and praise team at FBCS singing and playing violin, keys, and guitar since 2018. In 2021, she became the Music Intern, and in 2022, she became the Student Intern. Nina is currently a senior at the University of Mobile studying Violin Performance where she plays violin for one of their traveling ensembles, Welsh Revival. She plans to work toward a Master’s in Worship Leadership and Theology at UM in the fall of 2025.

  • Intern, Maggie Kenyon

    Maggie has served at FBC Satsuma as the Youth Worship Leader since 2022 as well as drumming, singing, playing guitar, and keys on the praise band and praise team since 2023. She became the Children’s Intern in 2024. Maggie is a junior Worship Leadership major at the University of Mobile. She has been the drummer for the traveling ensemble at UM, Welsh Revival, since 2022. She hopes to become a songwriter and touring artist when she graduates in May of 2026.

    Tiffany Ulrich

    God has truly blessed me with the desires of my heart and has given me an amazing opportunity to teach and also serve as Director at the Mom's Day Out Preschool Enrichment Program. This is my seventh year teaching and third Directing. I look forward to all the exciting new adventures that are in store each year teaching each child about God's love for them and how they can grow knowing Him, what He can do for them and with them!

    I have been married for fourteen years to a wonderful man and have three smart and talented children that bless us each day. We attend Bayou Sara Baptist Church.

    Hi my name is Shawna Alvarez. I am currently the administrator for Satsuma Christian school. I am married with three children and I have one grandbaby. God is first and foremost in my life. My family is very important to me. I am inspired daily by my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I am in awe of their dedication, passion, and true devotion to the Lord. My one wish is to continue to serve and be the best person I can be to everyone I encounter.
